Only a short walk through our property and down our exclusive staircase lets you explore the marvels of our sheltered private beach with its soft sands, rockpools and swimming lagoons. Our property has the mighty Southern Ocean as its south boundary. Keep an eye out for local wildlife including seals, sea lions, Southern Right Whales, echidnas and wallabies.

Sheoaks is a short drive to The Crags at the west, Mount Eccles National Park to the north, and Tower Hill State Game Reserve to the east. The major town centre of Warrnambool is also nearby with standard shopping, cafes, restaurants and art galleries.
