The leopards are a member of the big cat family which includes the lions, tigers and cheetahs but they are smaller and lighter than the other big cats.

Then they can run a lot faster and jump a lot higher.The main difference between them is the beautiful yellow and blackish brown spotted coat.

The coat has an important reason.It's camouflage,so they can sneak up on animals when they are hunting and hiding from animals hunting for them.
